Estoy iniciando en el mundo de las ventas de Tiempo Compartido y este libro me ha caido como anillo al dedo. Explica muy bien los pasos de la venta, que hacer en cada paso, como comportarse frente a los prospectos y que esperar en cada momento para no estar sorprendido, y lo que mas me encanta los cierres prueba, tiene un monton de ejemplos y como aplicarlos desde el principo para cerrar al cliente desde el inicio.
