I am a pedal Biker. I do not have a car, so I ride my pedal Bike everywhere and there are times when it rains. I wanted a rain suit to be able to ride my bike in the rain and not get soaked, and this works very well. There are times when I need to Get to work and other places on my bike and I can put this rain suit on and bike to where I need to go and not get soaked. Its a very lightweight suit as well, so it folds up very easily and can be stored in a small pack. I recommend getting the small storage pack that you can get to go along with this from amazon. What I do is I keep this rain-suit with me all the time as I am biking around, and I keep it in its own carrying pack folded up inside my daily back pack and keep it with me. When it starts to rain, I can just take it out and put it on and continue to bike around and get around outside and stay dry. Also this suit is very easy to put on and take off and it drys quickly when you get out of the rain.
