Review: Effective acne removal - This product is effective in removing acne during adolescence. If you use it consistently for a period of time, the results will be very good. It can also reduce the swelling of red and swollen acne the next day.
Review: Professional Quality, Definitely Affordable & Keeps Skin Clear - I've used the brand name product originally but at a higher strength. I had luck with the brand name but needed to see my dermatologist and thought I could avoid that since all I was doing was keeping my skin clean and using the prescribed medication from the doctor. I didn't notice any issue switching to the brand name. Functionally this is doing the same, as far as keeping acne over control, as the brand and the and as other generic versions of the same active ingredient. I literally use a pea sized amount and funny go overboard. More isn't more efficient in my opinion. It's not greasy on my face and doesn't have any unpleasant scents, etc. I've got to check to see if they have the larger size product and I'll likely choose that version as it's probably an even better deal financially.

Worked well on my mild hormonal acne bringing up the acne under my skin within two days and having it clear up within two to three weeks. I didn’t experience any itching but I did experience dry skin after using so I spread out use to twice or thrice weekly and paired with a good quality moisturizer with success. Overall it did do what I purchased it for.
