Review: Delicious! - I prefer my papadams unpapped, as part of the magic is watching it bubble up in the microwave. Store bought pre-cooked ones are a waste of packaging and just not as fun. Some of the popadooms are broken on arrival, but it's not like you're going to unhinge your jaw and somehow eat the whole thing at once, so breaking was going to happen anyway. Not sure why they wouldn't put a piece of card in there to stabilise it though. Still, 45 seconds at 800w in the microwave, turning over at 30 seconds and then leaving for a few seconds to properly crisp up, and they come out perfect every time. I sure do love pippadams, I just wish I knew how to spell them.
