How many in the pack?** A: 1 heatpack lasts about 20 hours and you just shake it not microwave. My order cam with 2 and my puppy settled before I needed 2nd one. Will keep for travel etc if needed **Q: Hello I have had Bonzo for my dog getting golden retriever puppy want different colour shows brown but says Dalamation. What colour is it** A: Well I ordered a brown one and got a sandy coloured one so who knows what you will get????? **Q: How do you make it stay on for 24 hours at a time?** A: I think you have to hold the power button down for a certain time to make it stay on 24 hours. Its something like 3 or 5 seconds **Q: Im due to pick up my pug in few weeks is it best to get now or wait to see if shes unsettled first??** A: Hi, we got brown and black one few days after we brought our puppy in and I regret we should've got it earlier. Heat pad only worked for a day and heart beat kept on stopping after few mins. My Mini Schnauzer loves this toy and sleeps with him every day. Very good quality His razor sharp teeth couldn't even make a small hole on it! Hope this helps! ## Frequently Bought Together - Original Snuggle Puppy Toys - Heartbeat Puppy for Dogs - Pet Anxiety Relief and Calming Aid - Comfort Dog Toys for Behavioral Training in Brown - Snuggle Puppy Replacement Heat Packs - 6 Odourless, Long Lasting Disposable Hand Warmers Made with All Natural Ingredients --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/52006533-snuggle-puppy-original-heartbeat-puppy-toy-with-real-feel-pulse](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/52006533-snuggle-puppy-original-heartbeat-puppy-toy-with-real-feel-pulse) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
