It lists organic cane sugar, organic manuka honey, organic brown rice syrup, eucalyptus oil, menthol crystals and propolis. A serving is 2 lozenges for 50 calories, 0 fat, 0 sodium, 12 g total carbs and 8g sugars. **Q: Do these drops have menthol in them?** A: No there is no menthol in them. Ingredients are organic cane sugar,organic manuka honey,organic brown rice syrup, ground ginger and echinacea. They are excellent for sore throats, not bitter , nice taste, and really works if you are trying to divert a cold. The main ingredient in my opinion is the ginger, honey, and echinacea. I use them even when I don't have a cold or sore throat. A little expensive, but so worth the price. **Q: how many drops in the package?** A: There are 20 drops in the package. **Q: So the first main ingredient is cane sugar?** A: I'm sorry, I had these last winter and I don't have the box to check the ingredient list.
