**Q: Can it pair to a computer and/or ipad?**
A: Hi friends, our bluetooth headphones can be paired with laptops and tablets, if your computer has bluetooth peripherals, it can also be paired for use. Of course, it also applies to TVs with Bluetooth function, as well as Android and IOS smartphones. Hope this helps you :)

**Q: How do you go to the Next song from the earbuds?**
A: On each top of the earbuds is a button you push. One side is to advance the track and the other side is to go back to a track.

**Q: Sound lag? Just tried out and something counted 3 2 1 and when one of those was said and started next number it was hearing previous 3 right before 3**
A: Dear buyers, please check the following 5 points.
1. First delete all Bluetooth records (first delete the pairing in your phone, then put the two headsets into the charging case and cover the lid, remove when the red light is on, wait 15 seconds, the two headsets go into slow blue flashing state) restart and re-pair the headset.
2. Make sure the Bluetooth headset is connected to the phone.
3. Then check if the headset has enough power. 4.
4. Then check that the phone volume is set to the lowest setting and that the mute button next to the phone is on. 5.
5. Try connecting the headset to another phone and check if the same problem occurs again on the other device.
After checking, if the problem cannot be solved, please contact us.
