We gave a 4 star for the grill not because we found any defect or a problem, but because we used it only for baking injera (Ethiopian & Eritrean version of Pita) until now; regarding injera it's a 5+ star. we will also try to make bread (Himbasha), which we love, and hope it will be perfect as it is for the injera. We used it here in the US. About 15 to 20 minutes to warm between 200 and 250 heat mark on the grill, greased it with a little-bit of oil using paper towel and we got a perfectly beautiful injera right from the first shot all the way until the last drop of the dough. Some times we even go up to the 300 degree heat when it cools down in the process. Ours is a pure "Teff" flour not mixed with any other grain which makes it difficult to bake.
