One unit said 220 lbs total (which I think is high). For general kitchen usage I would stick closer to the 22 lbs. The "shell" of the the cabinet is reasonably solid for the price. However, the doors are kind of flimsy but adequate. For general kitchen storage (appliances and some goods like the picture), it should be sufficient. If you're thinking more like using it to store heavy cans of vegetables or similar.
