Best on glass never treated before.Its the same as the auto stuff - I called Enduroshield and they said yes, so you can use it on your car too. I have done 2200 miles over six weeks in the car and still have not refilled the washer bottle. I like to keep my screen spotless, so I guess it's just needing less washing as this seems a long time. And less washing of the screem means less scratching of the glass over time - if you keep your cars a long time, this is a good thing too. If you are considering this product, you might just care about these things.Updated now and after 2.5 years it's not diminished its effectiveness - windows on car and house stay much cleaner.The only word of caution - even with careful application, it does not cover anything like the amount they suggest - so it's even more expensive than you think!! Reckon on covering about half what they suggest and you will be happy.Expensive yes, but in a car, what price do you put on having clean windows all the time? In your house, what price for a clear view for much much longer between cleaning? If it lasts even 5 years rather than the year of so for RainX (on the house), I will be happy.
