Review: Fantastic product - This product far exceeded my expectations. Incredibly easy to use - I drew down the grout line and immediately wiped along the line with a wad of kitchen towel. It removed all excess colour and left a pristine line as shown in the picture. The colour density is great, the colour is uniform throughout regardless of how ‘grubby’ the original grout was looking. It has transformed my tired looking kitchen floor back to new looking and it makes me very, very happy. I have steam cleaned the floor since applying and everything is still perfect. I would recommend this product.

**Q: The Grout Pen I received has a dry white tip, is it broken or did I receive the wrong colour?**
A: Tips need to be primed before use, all brand-new Grout Pens have a dry white tip until they are activated.

**Q: The tip of my Grout Pen fell out or is worn down, is my pen broken?**
A: Tips are designed to be removable so when a tip becomes worn or damaged it can be taken out and flipped over. If the tip falls out do not worry, simply put it back in and keep working.

**Q: Do I need to press down hard while moving the pen along the grout lines?**
A: Pressing hard will damage the tip. It's better to prime the pen by pressing up and down until the ink flows to the tip. Once the tip is fully saturated, lightly move the pen across the grout line.

**Q: The colour of the pen cap is not exactly the colour I want**
A: The Grout Pen colour chart is a good representation, please keep in mind that computer screens can display slightly different colour spectrums, it is recommended to do a small test area first if you are not sure about the colour.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well but beware the big nib!

This works brilliantly and has transformed my bathroom tiles. Easy to use but you have to judge when to wipe off the excess - too soon and you wipe from the grout, too late and it takes a fair bit of scrubbing to get it off the tiles. Also wasn’t expecting the nib to be so thick - I bought the large as had quite a lot to do but was just expecting a bigger volune not a bigger nib so be prepared for that. It doesn’t show it on the picture and this made the job slightly trickier.
