Previously, I have usually drunk beer from thick, heavy glass tankards, which feel appropriate if you are with a group of mates, for example. But using these on my own at home, I was able to detect more flavour in the beer. It is worth giving them a try, though the price does seem a bit high - ten pounds or less per glass would feel better.
