I left mine on for 30 min bc I forgot to take them off. Make sure you put them on clean lips and I started with the top one first. Add it more towards the outer part of your lip, then rub and gently press the little prickly things into your lips. Repeat on the bottom. I also kept pressing my lips together afterwards to make sure the"needles" penetrated into my lips to release the serum.
