It feels like a supportive hug for your knee. I don’t know if it’s the placebo effect or it actually works but whenever I have this on my knee does genuinely feel better. It’s enabled me to keep on running, so I’m happy. I am also trying to strengthen my knee through exercise so I don’t have to depend on this, but if you are having knee pain buy this you won’t regret it.Also I’ve had no issues with it slipping down. I’ve worn it both on my knee on bare skin, and over my running leggings and it’s never slipped down. It doesn’t feel tight or restrictive. I forget I have it on half the time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall feels good *by H***S on 16 May 2020* The support held up pretty well on my first run, it wasn't uncomfortable while running and i definitely felt it was more supported. My leg measured just over 17" but i decided to go for the size small which paid off as it fits perfectly and doesn't slip down while using.
