Other products never accomplished anything on my front porch which is 8’ x 24’. I used my battery powered seed spreader and it was perfect for the job. Within five minutes the ants disappeared nine hours later I haven’t seen any ants. I used my tow behind spreader to treat the entire perimeter of the house and I hit the areas where visible gopher’s were tunneling. With rain forecast tomorrow I believe treating for grubs will resolve that problem. I’m ordering 4 additional bags this evening to treat the remaining lawn area. I’m anxious to see the ticks disappear. Needless to say I’m impressed! Review: Works!!! - This stuff is great!
