A: That’s a good one. Just a poor translation from Chinese. Which is typical. The lights are very bright at 100%. They will dim down to 5% output. That is barely visible and could only be seen in almost totally dark condition. I am very happy with these lights.

A: The light has 2 spring loaded clamps which secures it in the ceiling. All you have yo do is pull down to remove from the ceiling.
