The label says pure pork, but if you don't believe it, I suggest you contact the manufacturer. **Q: Does this item have a long use by date on ?** A: Yes it does, but it was so delicious I couldn’t stop eating it. **Q: Is it vacuum-sealed and safe to ship to another country, like Greece?
