The original plugs with over 100k were in good shape when I took them out. I probably could have continued using them for a while longer, but I didn't want to risk damaging the O2 sensors, and cats. It's not like you can see when they go out of spec. The cost of replacing the O2's and cats isn't worth the couple of dollars you would save by keeping them in for even 40k past the recommended interval. If its the QR25DE it will fit. **Q: Do you need to gap these?** A: I always check, carefully. I have heard that you damage the contacts, but I've got a pretty light hand with a feeler gauge. That said, I've never had one come up gapped wrong in the last 10 years...
