Yes, it's small, but that's the point. There are definitely pros and cons. The obvious downside is that I have to refill it a few times throughout the day. On the other hand, it's incredibly convenient. It's not too heavy when full, fits easily in my bag and my spin bike's water bottle holder, and the locking latch doubles as a carrying handle. I've even clip it to my fanny pack with a carabiner for hands-free trips to the gym. It keeps drinks cold exceptionally well. I usually fill it with ice, and it lasts all day and overnight. One unexpected benefit is that it fits perfectly in the portable "ADHD caddy" I carry from room to room, which has actually helped me stay hydrated because my water is always with me. (I wrote a separate review about that caddy if you're curious.) If you want a bottle that travels well, doesn't leak, and keeps your drinks ice cold, this is a great choice. I also get a ton of compliments from both men and women on the color (Pink/Purple, Darling Diva). It's a less common color. So, it's a great conversation starter at the gym especially! Review: Best water bottle ever - I purchased this bottle just to try out in the summer of 2023. It is now the summer of 2026 and I still use it multiple times a week (only because I now have multiple Owalas and I have just ordered my third Owala FreeSip). I have used so many cups—Stanleys, Yetis, Hydrojugs, Hydroflask, etc—and the Owala is still my favorite. Here’s my favorite things about it: LEAKPROOF! This is the biggest one. I can throw it my bag and trust that everything will stay dry. THE SPOUT! Hands down the best spout I’ve ever used. I love that I can sip through the straw but then close the lid and keep my straw clean and not have any spills if it tips over. And then it also gives me the option to absolutely inhale water if I’m about to shrivel up from dehydration. I think this alone is why I now own three in different sizes. STAYS COLD! The 32 ounce holds ice for quite a while. It varies depending on how often I refill it but if I’m not constantly refilling it, it will hold ice for about 24 hours. THE SIZES! I love the size options. My original one was a 32 ounce and is a great middle ground for me. It holds enough water that I’m not refilling it every hour but it’s not huge. It’s great for work and this bottle will be going to live at my job. I just ordered the 40 ounce for home because I want a little more volume when I’m outside gardening but I can’t say much about the 40 ounce size yet. I also have a 16 ounce (kids size) that I use when I leave the house. It fits in a lot of my bags and it’s leakproof so I always have cold water with me. It’s perfect especially since I’m on medication that causes dehydration if I’m not careful. DISHWASHER SAFE! This one is self explanatory. It’s amazing and I love it. There are a few cons though. The first one is that the 32 ounce doesn’t fit in my cup holder. Not a huge deal since it’s leakproof—I just keep it on the passenger seat. But Owala does have cup holder friendly options now if that’s something you want. The bottle also does dent and scratch fairly easily. I dropped it getting out my car one day and it’s a little beat up now. Kind ugly, but it’s still my fave. It’s kinda disappointing because I have Yetis and Stanleys that have been through far worse and still look new. Just be mindful of that and baby it a little. Still 100% worth it though. Long story short, it’s a great bottle that will keep your water cold and everything else dry. As someone who has used this bottle regularly for years, I highly recommend! ## Features - 24-ounce insulated stainless-steel water bottle with a FreeSip spout and push-button lid with lock - Patented FreeSip spout designed for either sipping upright through the built-in straw or tilting back to swig from the spout opening - Protective push-to-open lid keeps spout clean; convenient carry loop doubles as a lock - Double-wall insulation keeps drinks cold for up to 24 hours; wide opening for cleaning and adding ice; cup holder-friendly base - This bottle is wider than standard cupholders and may only fit in oversized or specialty cupholders designed for larger containers ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0BZYC7N7X | | Additional Features | Carrying Loop, Insulated, Spout Cover | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #1 in Kitchen & Dining ( See Top 100 in Kitchen & Dining ) #1 in Travel & To-Go Drinkware #1 in Insulated Bottles | | Bottle Type | Water Bottle | | Brand | Owala | | Brand Name | Owala | | Capacity | 24 fluid ounces | | Color | Camo Cool | | Container Type | Bottle | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 139,164 Reviews | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00847280080915 | | Included Components | Water Bottle | | Item Dimensions W x H | 3.24"W x 10.68"H | | Item Type Name | Insulated Water Bottle | | Item Weight | 408 g | | Manufacturer | BlenderBottle | | Manufacturer Part Number | C06057 | | Material | Stainless Steel | | Material Type | Stainless Steel | | Material Type Free | Bisphenol A (BPA) Free | | Model Name | FreeSip Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottle | | Model Number | C06057 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Product Care Instructions | Hand Wash Only | | Recommended Uses For Product | Travel | | Reusability | Reusable | | Shape | Round | | Special Feature | Carrying Loop, Insulated, Spout Cover | | Style Name | Water Bottle | | Theme | Sport | | UPC | 847280080915 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Bottle Type:** Water Bottle - **Brand:** Owala - **Capacity:** 24 fluid ounces - **Color:** Camo Cool - **Material:** Stainless Steel ## Images ![Owala FreeSip Stainless Steel Water Bottle 24 oz Orange/Green (Camo Cool) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51JvUYrxLlL.jpg) ![Owala FreeSip Stainless Steel Water Bottle 24 oz Orange/Green (Camo Cool) - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71EglWxPAdL.jpg) ![Owala FreeSip Stainless Steel Water Bottle 24 oz Orange/Green (Camo Cool) - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71MEdUNJmnL.jpg) ![Owala FreeSip Stainless Steel Water Bottle 24 oz Orange/Green (Camo Cool) - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/716tuTDExXL.jpg) ![Owala FreeSip Stainless Steel Water Bottle 24 oz Orange/Green (Camo Cool) - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61lEjuLhliL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Does the 40 oz fit in most car cup holders?** A: Hi - Great question! The 24oz and 32oz are generally the best options for cup holders. I've included the bottle diameters below. Hope this helps. - 24oz / 3.12 inches - 32oz / 3.43 inches - 40oz / 3.6 inches **Q: Do you have to flip the carry handle to press the button? I’m hoping to throw this in my kids backpacks but i don’t want things to hit the button?** A: Yes, the handle covers the press button so you will have to flip the carry handle. It's a great water bottle I have 2- 24oz and a 19 oz for my 6 year old. **Q: Does the 24oz bottle fit in standard car cup holders? (I know the 32oz doesn’t.)** A: Our 24oz is about 3.5 inches wide, and can fit most cup holders. **Q: Replacement sealant for the sip n swig? The one we have gets all dirty even though I consistently wash them. Looking for replacement parts** A: Hi - we have replacement lids that can be purchased on our website. Unfortunately we do not currently sell the lid gasket individually. If you believe this is an issue caused by material or workmanship you are welcome to submit a warranty claim for replacements. I have attached both links below for your review. The 40 is great for long term backpacking or all day drinking but will not fit into standard car small vehicle cup holders.maybe truck and suv. The 24oz will fit everywhere. Both keep ice cold for 24hrs. Just make sure you don’t lose the straw. If you use ice balls or cubes they last a lot longer. Great product and doesn’t leak. I got the black ones don’t care about the other colors. Do scratch over time but if you don’t drop them great value for the money you spend ## Frequently Bought Together - Owala FreeSip Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottle with Straw, BPA-Free Sports Water Bottle, Great for Travel, 40 Oz, Camo Cool - Affute Silicone Boot for Owala Water Bottle 40 oz 32 oz 24 oz, Anti-Slip Protective Sleeve for FreeSip/Twist/Flip Water Bottles, BPA Free, Bottom Bumper Cover Protects Water Bottles from Scratches --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/521217274-owala-freesip-stainless-steel-water-bottle-24-oz-orange-green](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/521217274-owala-freesip-stainless-steel-water-bottle-24-oz-orange-green) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
