I use the light, but would consider myself ‘olive’ in complexion... I would recommend buying the small sample pack of shades, there is enough product there to last at least a few weeks whilst your order a large tube. It was demonstrated to me by the camouflage make up team at my local hospital. There are many shades available and you can blend them to get an exact colour match but you must use the fixing powder too. I was told to use a little damp cotton wool to blot it and it would help to waterproof it. Ignore any negative reviews, this stuff is actually incredibly good! The tube is small but you only use a very small amount at a time so in reality the tube isn't small. There are many different shades, so you need to find the correct one for your skin. I saw test kits somewhere once which are useful if you can obtain one. Once you get the right shade you will find this stuff really is worth the money.
