Batteries are charged via appropriate battery charger. Neither batteries nor charger are supplied with this unit. **Q: Can this be fitted to a wall?** A: There's a hole in the centre of the stand so technically it could be screwed to the wall. There is also a hook attached to the base so it can also be attached using that, though the hook is not very big.
