My only recommendation is to wear this brace on your bare skin to get the most out of it. Wearing it over a tee shirt the brace has a tendency to raise up out of place. They all seem to be from the same or similar Chinese companies, and all the 5-star reviews are from people like "Ken" or "Julie" that suddenly all post their adoration for the product on the same day or in the same week. And yet, they are described as "Verified purchasers" so go figure.I went with this one, because it did not seem to demonstrate the same dubious qualities and reviews, and I'm glad I did. I have osteoarthritis in both shoulders, and lately, if I work at my computer with my standing desk, my shoulders would be very painful within minutes. But as soon as I started wearing this, the pain went away. I showed it to my orthopedic surgeon (who has prescribed me some physical therapy) and he agreed the brace was a good idea.This brace is more of a gentle reminder than a will-hold-your-shoulders-rigidly-in-place product.
