It has three levels of heating mode and vibration mode, two modes can be used together or separately. It’s USB charging and does not need to install a battery. It has a layer of skin-friendly plush on the back, which adds a sense of comfort when you use it. Its waistband is high-stretch elastic with velcro, so you can adjust it to fit. One button to cycle 3 levels of heat and another button to cycle 3 different vibration patterns.I've typically used this over my a light t shirt on 3 but it is perfectly fine to use on a lower heat directly. The unit will remain on for 30 min periods which is good time but if you need it longer you need to set it up again.The device does feel a little plasticy but it does the job and its very easy to clip around the waist. Maybe I'm just fat with a stomach around 38 inches but I stretch the largest setting quite a bit. I reckon max would be 44 inches you could comfortably clip in.Not much more to say, it heats and it vibrates.
