Review: Really works! - I am so happy with my yoga stick. As a yoga teacher I love yoga props for assistance and this yoga stick does just that. I do all the stretches in the book it comes with and my chest and shoulders are feeling more open each day. Its helping my posture and I’ve noticed I’m standing taller already.
Review: We are using it daily - I read a lot of reviews, because I wanted to get one that would last & thought I wanted a wooden one since it was a lower price. I feel I buy too many gadgets for my back & I didn’t want to overpay, so the light green pretty mint stick by Bodytree was my choice & we love it. It can hang in a convenient location with its loop & we can reach for it to get daily use & both my husband & I feel it is sturdy & strong enough to not bend. The handles are soft & comfortable on my arms, I noticed the difference the third time I used it. My chest & back feel flexible after I use the yogo cross stick & when I just see the stick, I tend to correct my posture instantly was I walk by it
