It also had a huge 5" difference between size 18 and 20 which meant complete alterations if I wanted to keep it. The material was soft and comfortable and it was the perfect color for the wedding. I have an hourglass shape and ended up having to take the dress in 8" in the hips, 3" for the bust, and 4" for the waist. I'm also 5'3" so I had to cut about 7" off the bottom so it wouldn't drag on the floor. After wearing ONCE, I took it to my regular dry cleaners as per the instructions. During the cleaning, the glue that held the sequins on the bodice disintegrated and the sequins all fell off of the dress! Additionally, the glue drops stained the dress with black spots. I recommend that you DO NOT buy this dress unless you intend to wear it ONCE and throw it out!!!!UPDATE: While the quality of the dress was substandard, I update my review to three stars. Amazon stood by their product and allowed me to return the damaged item for some credit.
