Ingredients Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Thiamin), Kibbled Malted Wheat (9%), Oat Flakes (5%), Rye Flour, Malt Flour (Wheat and Barley), Golden Linseed (2.5%), Dried Yeast, Sugar, Salt, Cooked Kibbled Rye (1%), Poppy Seeds (1%), Brown Linseed (1%), Sunflower Seeds (0.5%), Chickpea Flour, Pearl Barley Flakes (0.5%), Dextrose, Emulsifier: E472e, Flour Treatment Agent: Ascorbic Acid. Allergen Information: Contains: Wheat, Oat, Rye, Barley Directions 1. Place the bread mix and water into a bowl and mix to a soft dough. 2. Knead well for 5 minutes until a well developed dough is formed. 3. Cover loosely with polythene and allow the dough to rest for 5 minutes. 4. Divide the dough into two pieces, mould round and place into two greased loaf/cake tins. 5. Cover with a damp tea towel, lightly oiled plastic or polythene and leave in a warm place for approximately 60 minutes or until doubled in size. 6. Review: Very professional looking and tasty - Although this product is more expensive than supermarkets' own brand it is well worth it. I use the fastbake 2 setting on my breadmaker and take the paddle out at the end of the kneeding process (about 16-17 minutes) so that I don't get the big hole in the bottom of my loaf - it then takes about another 62 minutes to cook. The end result is a very well risen and professional loaf which is full of lovely bready flavour.

Although this product is more expensive than supermarkets' own brand it is well worth it. I use the fastbake 2 setting on my breadmaker and take the paddle out at the end of the kneeding process (about 16-17 minutes) so that I don't get the big hole in the bottom of my loaf - it then takes about another 62 minutes to cook. The end result is a very well risen and professional loaf which is full of lovely bready flavour.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to follow instructions and lovely loaf

This turned out much better than expected. I used a pie tin as suggested by another customer. I don’t have a bread maker so I did by hand. The instructions are clear, and you don’t need a lot of kneading which was my concern. (Have arthritis issues) when the dough is left in a warm place it doubles in size and the cooking time is spot on. It comes out quite flat (which is more to do with the tin!) but tastes excellent. Next time I’m going to add more seeds and put seeds on top. Definitely worth the effort. Good next day toasted too. Our loaf lasted 2 days purely because we both liked it.. it would probably be ok for 3 days but it didn’t last that long in our house!
