**Q: How do i know if i have to replace the stone and the wick?**
A: The stone came off the top of the wick, that is why mine needed replaced.

**Q: How can I tell if my lamp requires a small or large wick as a replacement?**
A: by the size of the bottle

A: Not sure, mine is compatible with..Ashleigh & Burwood it’s the perfect fit. Look up the name of your lamp & it should suggest what type fits your lamp. Sorry cannot help .

**Q: My new wick won’t light.  Do I need to do any preparation before using it**
A: You have to leave the wick in the pot to soak up the liquid and then the stone will light - when you light it, only leave it for 5 minutes - I think in the directions it states leave for 20 minutes but I find it burns better when done for 5. I love mine - the house smells lovely.
