Glossy or matt, translucent or opaque colours In bottles, tubes or felt pens, the colours can be mixed together. The choice of the support and the tools used allows to play on the effects, the transparency and the intensity of the colours. Superb glazed appearance after firing They are deep and brilliant, translucent or opaque. Multiple types of application are possible with Porcelaine 150: with a brush, a sponge, a stencil... Baked for 35 minutes at 150°C in a domestic oven for dishwasher resistance Porcelaine 150 brings professional enamels within reach of everyone with a generation of colours that can be fixed by simply firing at 150°C, i.e. in any domestic oven. Instructions for use Mix the product with a stick before use. The colours can be applied directly to a surface degreased with alcohol or soapy water. After 24 hours of drying, place the product in a cold oven. Once the temperature of 150°C has been reached, leave to cook for 35 minutes. The colours then take on a real enamel appearance and are dishwasher-proof (as recommended on the label). Only surfaces that are not intended to come into contact with food should be decorated. Nevertheless, migration tests carried out by an accredited laboratory have shown that accidental contact of the decorated areas with food does not represent a health hazard. Review: Quality product - Easy to apply , did the job perfectly Review: A bit too white to call ivory. - Applies easily but after one coat it was clear that ivory it is not. It's slightly off white but after three coats and baking in the oven the colour is still too bright. (I am also a potter) I would not want to use them on greenware since it takes a specific paint or stain to withstand firing temperatures. **Q: Would I be able to use this to paint the rim of a coffee mug where it meets with someone's lips?** A: Yes! Unless the person has any kind of allergy. It won't fade. This paint is excellent. I painted a couple of mugs and I use them everyday. Dishwasher is not a problem. Try them! **Q: Could I use this to paint a glass light shade? It appears that it isn't flammable** A: The Pebeo Porcelaine line is meant to be painted onto smooth, bake-able, glossy surfaces.
