It felt great and I loved that I could pump it up with air to make my ankle and foot even more secure. I wear a woman’s size nine and bought the medium boot and it fit very well. Just make sure you slide your heel allllll the way back before securing it. I think that’s why some people are complaining about the size. At first I thought it was too small until I noticed there was an inch between the fabric around my foot and plastic brace that holds my heel. Never had a problem after that.
