Review: Good customer care and nice product - I'm using this chair for 3 months now. It's comfortable and supporting the back welldyring long working hours. Recently, I had a breakage in the lumbar support part. Without confidence, when I contacted the customer support, I was amazed by the way Da Urban addressed the issue. They confirmed to send the part immediately to my address as the product was still under warranty. Cannot expect this from many Indian products. They confirmed over phone that the part is in transit and shared the details of package. I will receive it in 3 days. Really happy to buy this chair and also happy with customer care of Da Urban. 😀 👍

**Q: Does it have seat sliders?**
A: No

**Q: Is installation provided by the company or not?**
A: They did asked me for the installation but I had already built it before they called me like they called after 3hrs of recieving the product. So they do ask for it but I am not sure they physical come at your hourse or give online tutorials

**Q: Is it worth buying this chair or should i go for Savya Appolo or wakefit chair?**
A: I have no experience of using both chairs. May be you can check comparison reviews on Google. But, Da Urban Merilion chair is comfortable and stylish. I liked this chair.

**Q: If I’m reclining the chair then I’m unable to lock.(only lock is working at 90^•). So I got defected or lock is not available for multiple degree ?**
A: Chair does not have the locking option when you are reclining.

Great after-sales support from Da URBAN. The backrest frame on my Merlion office chair cracked within a couple of weeks of use, but when I raised a warranty claim the team responded quickly and shipped the replacement parts - full backrest including the mesh and headrest - within just 5 days. The support staff (Vaishali) was helpful throughout and also assured me that any future issues within the 3-year warranty period will be handled the same way. Really happy with how smoothly the whole process went. The chair itself is comfortable and good value, and knowing the warranty is genuinely honoured makes it an easy recommendation.
