A: The evaporative cooler uses water and a fan to cool the ambient air. It does not use refrigerants to remove heat & humidity like an air conditioner. It is more power saving than air conditioners and cooler than fans.

**Q: Can the cooling pads be removed and cleaned?**
A: Yes, the cooling pads are removable. Unscrew the back panel to take them out and rinse clean. Dry and assemble back in place before reconnecting to a power source.

**Q: How to fix the evaporative cooler not working?**
A: 1. Check if the cooler is properly connected to a live power outlet. 2. After plugging in the power supply, click the on/off button to turn it on.

**Q: Why is it leaking? What can I do about it?**
