Also has a measurement equivalent chart. **Q: Is the top self-healing?** A: No, it is a laminate. I have a couple self-healing mats and just use one of those when cutting. This table is awesome and my only regret is that I waited so long before ordering. **Q: Is the height adjustable** A: No it is not adjustable. My wife ordered the table and did not check the height versus the table she was using which was an old dining table. This table is about 5 inches taller so now she is going to have to buy a stool so that she can work at it. She can not stand for long periods of time. I wish she would have checked the height. **Q: What’s the top part material?** A: Laminated particle board. The box is heavy, so unpack it first if you have stairs and cant lift it! VERY easy to put together and no special tools required unless you want to use your own to put it together. Pretty decent quality for the price, the wheels seem perfectly fine - I have a Cricut Maker 4 on top of it and the sewing machine underneath. I do wish the baskets were better but this will do!
