These are easy to swallow capsules and the recommended dosage is just one per day. BUT, check with your doctor. While most people are vitamin D deficient, it is possible to have too much. Vitamins A,D, E and K are fat soluble and can be stored in your liver leading to toxicity. Also, if you’re on a blood thinner ask your doctor before taking vitamin K in any form. I purchased these vitamin D capsules at the recommendation of my doctor for deficiency and an and a lack of energy and I have noticed an increase in my lab numbers since I have taken them. They have no smell. They are small enough to ingest without any issues. They don’t have any of the other junk that is added to some of the chewy vitamins or other drugstore brands.
