After ordering as a birthday gift for my daughter back in January; legitimately NOTHING that we have mixed with this has come out right. And I believe it’s because that mixer tools don’t touch the bowl. It was thought, and read to occasionally scrape ingredients with a spatula from sides which is understandable. She thinks it’s our baking soda and/or powder which is off brand, but I have a feeling it’s the mixer. **Q: does this work with 220 volts power supply?** A: No. 110 and 120 Volts only. Maybe they build one. You have to ask the company. Call their customer service. **Q: It says it ships in 1-2 months, but what about with paid two day shipping?** A: That would depend on the store you are purchasing it from and if the mixer is on back order. **Q: What size of the box(l? w? h?), this is important to me cause i need to know can i put in my 28" baggage or not, thank you very much.** A: The bowl is 8 1/2 inches across and about 7 1/4 inches tall. The materials used are of high quality. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great low-cost mixer for beginners *by T***S on March 21, 2024* This is my very first stand mixer, so I don't have anything to compare it to, so to me it is really neat. It is a great mixer for someone on a budget and who is a beginner. It has all the qualities of a Kitchenaid, but is a fraction of the price for someone who can't afford it. The bowl is very large for big batches of cookies, etc. Unfortunately for my family it is disappointing because I don't make such large quantities. I make half a batch of yeast dough for rolls, and it is so tiny in the mixer the dough hook barely reaches it so I ended up having to knead by hand. For someone who is making small single batches the attachments don't reach to the bottom of the bowl. I honestly haven't used it much because it is more trouble than it's worth. Cleanup is easy, but you have to really make sure it air dries well because water can get into the crevices on the bottom of the bowl.
