Review: Worthed every penny - OMG i love this one. we use to have old version too and only thing battery didnt last long. New device battery last like 1 month its super easy to install it i bought it in uk and i m using it in dubai. amazing and highly recomeneded.
Review: Highly recommend - Really pleased with the tracker. Fits well for medium golden retriever. It offers alot of insightful health tracking as well as being able to track and record the entire walk. The fact you can share with friends and family is great and use both apple and android which was a must for me. The only thing I would say is that it wasnt clear when buying that you have to pay for the subscription upfront. There is no monthly subscription option. Only 1,2 or 5 years available.

**Q: Once the battery is fully depleted, how long does it take to be fully charged again please?**
A: I have not let it get depleted most was 50% it I think was couple hours, have found the battery lasting for at least a couple of weeks no problem

**Q: Is it rechargeable?**
A: Hi. 

Yes. Completely rechargeable with the included charger. Battery on mine has lost around 10% per week to give you an idea of how long it lasts.

**Q: Which UK network is used please because Vodafone does not work in my location?**
A: Our trackers have an integrated SIM card that can connect to multiple networks. They will always connect to the strongest network that they can find. Tractive offers a 30 day return/cancellation period which is valid from the day that you receive your tracker, so you can always test out the tracker in your area first.

**Q: Does the xl version have a better gps antenna? compared to the standard version**
A: Hi there, the GPS and connectivity performance of this tracker should be the same as on the previous model as this tracker uses the same modules for these performance aspects. The real difference is the battery life (enabled by the larger size).

Best device we have ever purchased for our Black Lab. I got it in 2024, it's worked flawlessly for over 15mths! Never failed all over the UK on holidays, travels! Our boy likes to swim and typical boystrous Lab bounding around in the forests etc and not once has it stopped working or fallen off! Totally waterproof! (See video) He swims and splashes whilst wearing it most days! I got the XL for our 4yr old Lab. Easy to fit and pair with the app. Extremely well made and comfortable on his collar! Only once, by human error, after wiping him down I left the collar and tracker on a bench, I used the app and it took me straight back to it. Love your dog or cat? Just buy one! For the small monthly cost, the peace of mind feeling is awesome, especially on holidays or in strange places! I cannot recommend this device highly enough!
