A: It comes in its folded position -- no assembly needed, just unfold it.

**Q: will it roll over gravel with a 5-gallon bottle of water?**
A: It will physically roll over gravel, and carry the 5-gallon bucket, but bear in mind the wheels are only about 3 inches in diameter, so depends on the grade of gravel, and they are not rubber, but a durable plastic.  It rolls best on a smooth surface and may also tend to tip on uneven ground.

**Q: Is there a difference between the all black and the silver and black 2 wheel cart? The silver is posted as lighter weight.**
A: The silver rods are made of high-quality aluminum alloy, and the black rods are made of high-quality iron alloy.  There is a discrepancy in the exact weight difference:  the weight is listed at 1200 grams, which is 2.64 lbs. and in the description it says 2.9 lbs.

**Q: How much weight can this product hold? I’m trying to find something for library trips with my kids.**
A: I use this for my child’s baseball game holding a 3 gallon jug full of water and ice. So I’d say that weights about 8-10lbs.
