My instant meal in a bowl. Use a large bowl. Boil a jug of water. While waiting for jug to boil, break a packet of noodles into bowl along with flavor sachets, watch the chili. Add finely sliced mushrooms,cabbage, bean sprouts, scallions, courgettes and a few frozen peas. Cooked meat of your choice can be added if desired e.g. a handle full of chicken, thick ham, bacon lardons, BBQ pork. Drop a few drops of soy sauce to your taste into bowl. Pour boiling water over ingredients to just cover. Leave to stand covered for about 3 minutes. Stir to combine then cover again for a few more minutes. Zap in microwave for 1 - 2 mins to reheat if not hot enough for you. My comfort food. The curry flavour doesn't mention it. I don't have any of the other flavours for checking but hope that helps. **Q: Do these have MSG in?** A: In the pictures there's one which shows the ingredients. There's 3 flavour enhancers referenced by number not name. 621 627 631. Quick google shows MSG is 621. Ko-lee taste sensation have MSG too, but they're also much nicer. But I can answer you. No these are not the same as Nissin noodles. Nissin noodles are tastier. Nissin are Japanese and closely resemble Chinese noodles and soup. These ones are Thai and are bland with no flavoured oil or special seasoning sachet.
