**Q: Does this glass work with the cheaper silver household version ?**
A: Yes, Breville actually sells a bundle on their own that contains the regular silver smoking gun with this cloche.

A: It doesn't come with a base. However, it looks great and works perfectly on any plate or board larger than 8" diameter

Works great but not tall enough for most beverage glassware

*by P***M on Reviewed in Canada on 2 December 2023*

This is exactly what you'd expect from a glass smoking cloche with a rubber gasket that happens to fit the Breville smoking gun perfectly (probably by design). My only complaint is that this is not very tall, if you wanted to smoke a plate or bowl of food this would be perfect, if you wanted to smoke a cocktail you'll find this item too short for almost all glassware.

    Es pequeña

El vidrio es de buena calidad, es un producto original, requiere una base adecuada para que no se fugue el humo.

    Solution for escaping smoke!

*by E***! on Reviewed in the United States on 16 February 2023*

Too small to store the Breville smoking gun in, but other than that it works. Yes, smoke does leak out the bottom. Here is the solution: place cloche on top of 1 or 2 silicone mats. They are a bit squishy & if you need to, you can press down a bit on the cloche to produce a tight seal.. I found a pack of 2, 12” diameter mats on Amazon. Make sure you use mats that are SMOOTH on one side at least (most come waffled on both sides). You want a smooth seal. Done and done ☺️
