Well, these definitely weren't that, they were much too big! I exchanged them for the 11-12.5 and even those seemed a little big at first.But... and it's a big but... after the first wash, they were absolutely perfect.They're not too tight, so they don't aggravate the top of my foot and they pull all the way up properly. They're also not too loose, so they stay up without having loads of excess material. After that first wash, the fit was honestly just right.Since then, they've continued to impress.
