Our Anveshan Gir Cow Ghee is exclusively made out of Highest Quality A2 milk of our farm's Gir cows. We use Ayurvedic method of hand churning curd (Bilona Method) made from Desi cow's milk. Our Ghee adds an unparalleled flavor and taste to any dish without the risk of oxidized cholesterol, trans fatty acids or hydrogenated vegetable fats. 1Kg of our ghee comes from 30 litres of Gir Cow A2 Milk.
