Terrible product, completely not what it is on the website. The bottom of it weird looking and it is not a real snowboard. They are misleading the customer. I returned the product a week ago still no refund!!!!!

This board wasn’t what I expected or needed. It was plastic and the groves on the bottom made it difficult to get the snowboard to move. We ended up renting a real snowboard from the ski resort.
