Honestly, the quality is even better than the original one. The edges are smooth, the size fits perfectly, and most importantly, it’s comfortable to use. I don’t feel any pain at all. **Q: Did anyone have trouble and feel like these ran big?**
A: Yes I definitely felt these ran big as compared to standard spectra. It doesn’t make sense but 19mm was too big when it was the right size in spectra

**Q: I used mine before realizing it’s the wrong flange size, should I still return them?**
A: I did the same thing. I just brought flange inserts that were my nipple size and just pushed it in for the correct sizing. But you can if you want.

**Q: Does this flange work with the Kiinde system?**
A: Yes if you have the Kiinde adapters
