**Q: Mine keeps coming lose? Does anyone know how i can stop this , i keep tightening it up, but after afew flushes it get lose again ?**
A: Too much slack in the attachment to the mechanism. Use a closer slot on the plastic

**Q: How/where does the handle screw off so that the unit can be taken apart for assembly. Everything seems pretty tight.  Nothing seems to want to turn.**
A: The shiny part on the end of the handle screws off!  Item took about 1 minute to fit to cistern, its literally two screws.

**Q: I'm looking for a replacement handle for my existing lever which is 115mm long from pivot to end of handle. How long is this handle?**

**Q: Does the handle screw off as only want the handle itself please**
A: Yes, it  has  to  so  you  can  put  the  bar  through  from inside  the  cistern. I  was originally  going  to  change  only  the  handle but  It  came  with  new  bits  so  I  decided just  to use them.
