Very smooth and naturally sweet. I really like that it has all the vitamins I need for the day in 1 cup of tea and is absorbable. I got my tea at the beginning of December, right around when everybody was getting sick, knock on wood I have yet to catch anything yet. My immune system is weak and I usually catch everything and am sick all the time. I have been feeling great. I have been feeling more upbeat and positive, more clear headed while working and my stress levels haven't felt as bad as holidays in the years past. I believe it is from the adaptogens that are in the tea. I think I will be saving alot of money on the extra vitamins and supplements I buy since it is all in this tea. Most vitamins are not absorable as I have been finding out how defficeint I am in through blood work I have been getting done at the doctors. This tea has the vitamins and supplements in a quick absorbale form.
