Really it holds a regular six pack + freeze pack and that's it. I guess you might be able to put 3 additional cans sideways on top of the other 6 (no tall boys of course), but you won't be able to fit a freeze pack if you do. For it's size, I would not say it is worth the $23 I purchased it for. I've bought much larger and much better coolers for that price. I'm giving it 4 stars because despite it price and size, it's pretty well made and it does insulate my drinks/food just fine.
