I kept forgetting it was there because it didn’t move..like no bounce at all. The bottles were easy to get out as I ran. The bands to hold the bottles in place are a great touch. I used one finger unhooked the bottle and bam easy peasy drinking. It has 3 slots in the pouch so my id,cash,keys and iPhone 8 fit perfectly with A LOT of room to spare. I spent two days reading reviews for SEVERAL belts but kept coming back to this one. The arm reflectors I haven’t used yet but will when i run after work this week!! It is great use for when I go jogging or walking in the park. I was searching for the best method to take my iPhone and my water bottle with me when I go jogging. This running belt is so far the best solution. I really like the belt design. It is easy to adjust to size and very comfortable to wear. It is easy and quick to put on and take off with the buckle. On the inside there are these non-slip dimples. The pocket is roomy to hold my iPhone and my keys. You can loop your earphones out the storage pocket. It comes with 2x 12oz BPA-free leak-proof water bottles which the belt holds securely during my jogging sessions. The belt has safety reflectors design and also the gift, the reflective armbands to be seen in the dark. I was nervous to purchase this online, not knowing how it would fit around my waist. This pack is highly adjustable! I also like to elastic loops that hold the excess strap in place instead of having it hanging and flapping around. The bottles themselves have worked well so far. The center pack was able to hold my phone (iPhone 6) in a small case (not a lifeproof) and my wallet (again, this was a small item). My keys could have fit in as well. Both bottles hold about 10 oz each so perfect to get you through those long runs where there is a shortage of places to stop and drink.
