## Questions & Answers

**Q: What’s the difference between this and the fire gum?**
A: This has fibres in the paste that bond to form a solid when exposed to heat and its easily applied by hand to get into fine crevices. Ive not used fire gum but it looks more like a paste.

**Q: will this work for joining exhaust systems together?**
A: Yeah. It works just like the sealant stuff the garage uses. You will still need all the clamps and clips though!

**Q: does this need heat to cure it**
A: I applied it and left it overnight. There was no need to add heat. Once you have used it any left overs in the tin will harden.

**Q: How long it takes to dry?**
A: I use a surgical glove to smear on paste which then gets tacky after 10 mins. 
Run engine for 10 mins so exhaust box is warm so paste is surface dry.
Next day or a 10 mile run and repair is set rock hard
