Left a red mark on my skin where I applied the patch.Wellamoon was the first patch I ever bought and I ended up going back to it. For me, the effects were immediate. (Directions state it could take 2-3 days for some people to benefit from it) Applied to the middle of my chest, I typically fall asleep within 15-20 minutes. Before that, I'd toss and turn--sometimes for a couple of hours--and wake up frequently during the night.I've also shared these patches with two other people (female) who told me they're sleeping better as well.Despite what other Reviews claim, the patches have a silky feel, don't stick to the skin too tightly (easy to peel off in the morning), and do have a fragrance from the ingredients but it isn't unpleasant.
