Just a strap with a clip to hold your pair of gloves that you can clip to your coat, air pack or pants. Again no gloves. **Q: Does this product meant nfpa standards?** A: There are no NFPA standards that I’m aware of that cover glove holders **Q: Have they addressed the issues with the velcro that some of the reviews mentioned in some of the reviews?** A: Velcro is notoriously hard to last, especially in the fire service.
