Review: Great if you struggle with anxiety! - Love it! As much as I love me some caffeine unfortunately most pre-workouts and energy drinks give me really bad anxiety. I take two scoops of this in about 8 ounces of water and I don’t mind the flavor. It’s pretty good not the best but to be honest I care more about it not tasting bad and the results are what I’m looking to judge. The energy is really good with no tingles and no heart palpitations. It’s crazy how effective it is but at the same time it doesn’t induce any anxiety for me so this is a game changer to my workout routine! I was able to lift a lot heavier and push myself these past couple of days of taking it. I also don’t get any type of crash. 10/10!!!

Love it! As much as I love me some caffeine unfortunately most pre-workouts and energy drinks give me really bad anxiety. I take two scoops of this in about 8 ounces of water and I don’t mind the flavor. It’s pretty good not the best but to be honest I care more about it not tasting bad and the results are what I’m looking to judge. The energy is really good with no tingles and no heart palpitations.
